These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and malbat governing your use of the malbat platform, including all sports betting, casino gaming, bonus programmes, and financial transactions. All deposits and withdrawals on malbat are processed in PKR via approved methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, Meezan Bank, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
"malbat," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the malbat gaming platform, its operating entity, and its licensors, as applicable.

"Player," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who registers for, accesses, or uses the malbat Platform, whether in a registered capacity or as a visitor.
"Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful completion of the malbat registration process and verification requirements.
"Real Money Balance" means the aggregate of PKR funds deposited by a Player into their malbat Account, less any amounts wagered, withdrawn, or deducted pursuant to these Terms.
"Bonus Balance" means any promotional credit, free spins value, or bonus funds credited to a Player's Account by malbat pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
"KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process malbat uses to confirm player eligibility and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
"Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before any portion of the resulting balance may be withdrawn.
Minimum Age: You must be aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older to register for and use the malbat Platform. malbat strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, and malbat reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds may be forfeited.
By creating an Account and using the malbat Platform, you represent and warrant that:
malbat reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to malbat's satisfaction.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the malbat Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by a single individual, whether or not under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where malbat identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void all associated bets and bonuses, and retain any funds held therein to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration. You are obligated to promptly update your Account information if any details change. malbat shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate Account details, including but not limited to delayed or failed withdrawals where payment details are incorrect.
malbat will require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. malbat may request additional documentation at its discretion. Processing of KYC submissions typically completes within one to three business days.
malbat may suspend or close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Player poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory risk; (c) the Player is using the Platform in a manner inconsistent with fair play principles; or (d) the Player has requested self-exclusion through malbat's responsible gaming tools. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method following completion of any required verification procedures.

Withdrawals may only be processed: (a) after successful completion of KYC verification; (b) to a payment method previously used for deposit (return-to-source rule where applicable); and (c) once any active Wagering Requirements associated with Bonus Balances have been met. malbat reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further verification. malbat does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, your payment provider's own fees, if any, are not within malbat's control.
malbat operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Deposits must originate from payment methods owned and controlled by the registered Account holder. malbat may place a hold on, or refuse to process, any transaction it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Where such suspicion arises, malbat may be legally required to report the matter to relevant authorities without notifying the Player concerned.

The malbat Golden Bank loyalty programme awards Gold Points to Players based on eligible real-money wagering activity across the malbat sportsbook and casino. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the malbat Platform. Sport-specific rules are published in the relevant sections of the malbat sportsbook and form part of these Terms by incorporation.
A bet is not accepted until malbat has confirmed it — confirmation is communicated to the Player via an on-screen notification and the bet's appearance in the Player's open bets section. malbat reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including where market prices have changed materially during transmission, where there is a suspicion of match manipulation, or where the bet would expose malbat to unacceptable liability.
Where bets are accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — whether due to a technical fault, typographical error, or pricing error — malbat reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake. Errors in odds are identified at malbat's sole discretion, and malbat's determination on this matter shall be final and binding.
If an event is cancelled or abandoned before a result is determined, all bets on that event will ordinarily be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches specifically, PSL and international matches that are interrupted by weather, crowd disturbances, or other circumstances are subject to the official result or Duckworth-Lewis outcome where applicable. Where an official result is declared, malbat will settle bets accordingly.
In-play betting markets are offered subject to live feed availability. malbat accepts no liability for delays between real-world events and the odds displayed in the live betting interface. It is the Player's responsibility to be aware that live odds and market suspensions may lag behind real-world match events.
All casino games available on the malbat Platform — including slots, live dealer games, table games, video poker, and crash games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physically determined outcomes (real cards, wheels, or dice). All casino game software and live dealer studio operations are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information section. RTP percentages are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or Player. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the malbat Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Any unauthorised use of malbat's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law. malbat reserves the right to take legal action to protect its intellectual property rights.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, malbat's total aggregate liability to a Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the malbat Platform shall not exceed the actual Real Money Balance held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits malbat's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
malbat collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering for an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood malbat's Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
Key data processing activities at malbat include: identity verification and KYC processing; account management and transaction processing; customer support communications; fraud prevention and AML monitoring; personalisation of promotional content where consented to; and regulatory reporting obligations.
Players may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of their personal data — by contacting malbat at the email address provided in the footer of this document. malbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, malbat will provide notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the malbat Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure and withdrawal of your Real Money Balance in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which malbat holds its international gaming license. In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and malbat in connection with these Terms or the malbat Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through malbat's internal complaints process in the first instance.
To submit a complaint, Players should contact malbat's customer support team by email at the address provided in the footer of this document, providing full details of the dispute, the Account concerned, and the resolution sought. malbat will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through malbat's internal complaints process, it may be referred to the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider associated with malbat's gaming license, details of which are available upon request. Any unresolved dispute shall ultimately be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between malbat and the Player in respect of the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
